Human Resources (HR) Lead (M01 - Manager) Dynamics of the Role As a member of the Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) group, this HR Manager will implement HR policies as a generalist, partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and resolve HR issues in the Johannesburg location. Responsible for most of the following areas:
recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, training and development, performance management, promotions, coaching, policies and procedures, culture, engagement, termination and ensure the operation is in compliance with all applicable laws. How You Will Contribute Maintains up-to-date knowledge of local Human Resources laws, regulations and issues. Uses data and analysis to recommend appropriate business solutions to issues and problems. Oversees performance management including the corrective counseling process; works with management to recognize strong and weak performance and coaches managers on ways to keep communications open and engagement high. Designs creative recruitment programs and develops detailed staffing plans. Builds strong employee value propositions that attract, develop, reward and retain top talent. Assists management in developing and fostering an environment that will attract and retain qualified employees. Keeps abreast of local benefit and compensation practices and administers local plans. Works with appropriate resources to resolve benefit and compensation issues. Consults with management to identify development needs of all associates. May be required to teach a variety of classes. In addition, the incumbent audits the impact of training and recommends improvements. Drives HR, leadership and organizational initiatives that support achievement of business goals and objectives. Provides guidance and input on organizational structures, workforce planning, succession planning. Assists employees with global/expatriate assignments and related HR matters. Facilitate the introduction of new processes or systems through change management approaches. Acts as primary consultant and subject matter expert for post-implementation problems, challenges and refinements of HR-led initiatives. Ensures that information and document processing is timely and accurate. Monitors practices to assure compliance with all Human Resources policies and relevant regulations and advises management on exceptions and recommends appropriate action and required documentation. Performs other related duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring College degree or equivalent experience +7 years of progressive responsible experience Proven human resources and managerial skills, employment compliance and regulations for India Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects or activities Action orientation and comfort with fast pace and rapid change Build effective relationships within HR and across line, functional and geographic reporting lines Able to prepare and present to senior level management, Superior English verbal and written communications skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Domestic and/or international travel may be requiredWhat We Offer TransUnion believes in investing in the best people. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
